🌟 The Small Lright of Courage

In a quiet village, there lived two best friends, Aanya and Meera. They were known for their kindness and big dreams. Every evening, they would sit under a banyan tree and talk about what they wanted to become someday. One day, while walking home, they heard a soft cry near the roadside. They looked around and found a little boy named Raju, sitting alone, scared and hungry. Aanya gently asked, “What happened?” Raju wiped his tears and said, “I got lost… I can’t find my home.” Meera looked at Aanya, and without hesitation, they both decided to help him. The village was large, and the paths were confusing. It started getting dark, and fear slowly crept in. Raju held Aanya’s hand tightly and said, “Didi, I’m scared.” Aanya smiled and said, “Don’t worry, we are with you.” Even though Meera was also afraid, she said bravely, “We won’t give up. We’ll find your home.” They went from house to house, asking people if they knew Raju. Many said no. Hours passed, and their legs were tired, but they didn’t stop. Finally, an old man recognized Raju and said, “He belongs to the next village.” It was far, and the road was dark. For a moment, they hesitated. Then Meera said, “We’ve come this far. Let’s finish what we started.” With courage in their hearts, they continued walking. At last, they reached Raju’s home. His parents rushed out, tears of joy in their eyes. They hugged him tightly and thanked Aanya and Meera again and again. On their way back, under the moonlight, Meera said softly, “I was really scared.” Aanya smiled, “Me too. But we didn’t stop.” That night, they realized something important: 👉 Courage doesn’t mean you’re not afraid. It means you keep going even when you are. And from that day on, the two girls and the little boy carried a small light of courage in their hearts—one that would guide them through every challenge in life.
